我上过2次，就是早上得5点到门口排队，另外推荐helon taloyr上，过knife edge,
saddle下。天气变化快，带件长袖衣服吧 |

finished a lot of hiking: 3 finshed 4 four thousnad footers (Mt. Jefferson,
Mt. Clay, Mt. Washington and Mt. Monroe, total 14.5 miles); 4 finshed 3 four
thousand footers (Mt. Jefferson, Mt. Clay, Mt. Washington, total 13.5 miles
); and 4 finished Mt. Jefferson (11 miles). You are welcome to join our club.
Penobscott River Class III-V depends on what you want. We can do a 3 day
trip. Hikng + Rafting (camping?). Class V is very exciting and relatively
safe in this river. |

发帖数: 176 | 8 我去年独立日假期去爬了，不过我是从katahdin stream上去的，来回用了11个小时，
很有挑战性的一条trail，名符其实的“爬”山。是我到现在为止走过最有意思的一条
trail，很推荐大家去体验一下。从abol上好像是最险的。下次我准备从chimney pond
上，因为别人说那边风景是最好的，不过可能再过几年才会去。
山顶温度比较低，要穿长袖。带上几个苹果，当你累的时候，会觉得那苹果是世界上最
好吃的东西。最后苹果成了我们家老公走到终点的动力！ |
