skined up to Triangle moraine (9600ft) at 5am, dropped skis there.
Got to Hogsback (10500ft) at 6:20pm
Summited at 7:55am
Back to Triangle moraine at 9:30am. From there, it took only 20 minutes to
ski back to TH |

全副武装全神贯注全力以赴地登顶(或者还没登顶)，唉。。。。。。当我没说。

before yesterday's mt shasta trip. the last 1000ft tooks us well more than 2
hours.

crystal started to show up in my water bottle around 6a.m. in the afternoon,
it was hot.
wind is very minimum the whole day.
I didn't bring my ski but I definitely will bring it next time even the
extra weight makes it harder to climb but the reword of descent is great.
I noticed most climbers were with telemark or AT equipment. The snow covers
well from top to parking lot.

We might be the only group backpacking in horse camp on saturday night and
there were more than 15 tents in helen lake.
I didn't notice any ranger on the trip but there was a huge S&R going on
around 6p.m. 4 snow snowmobiles and one CHP heli joined the S&R.

stall, are taken care of by the barn staff
