发帖数: 35 | 1 Ran the 400m and 1500m in the first Seattle Chinese Culture and Sports
Festival on Saturday.
As I expected, 400m was a total disaster. There were 11 runners in two
groups, with 2 high school athletes, 2 former college track team members and
6-7 old guys like me. I started very slowly and was quickly passed by
runners in lower lanes. Before I really got into the mood of racing, 3/4 of
the race was over, and I found myself at dead last spot. Then I tried my
