Location: Phoenix
Title: Packaging Engineer or Sr. materials engineer
I received the offer detail today. Base $115,600+Annual performance bonus
targeted at $2312. I am satisfied with the base, but bonus is way too low. I
am curious if there is supposed to be any stock bonus/RSU,
and signon bonus?
Which part should I negotiate? Thank you. |

个级别日子不好过！我英特尔的同事朋友基本都离开了，去GF,之类其他的公司日子好

when I applied to intel. This is my first full-time offer. 骑驴找马 is not
easy for recent college grads... |

cuz you never know the future profit.) But annual bonus (2%), and base
salary are the only two numbers mentioned on the letter.
If annual bonus会乘以一个系数, does it mean I cannot negotiate on annual
bonus?
Is the base the only thing I can negotiate?
I am very interested in either RSU or stock bonus. A lot of big companies
give stock to new hires. Sort of disappointed not seeing one on the offer
letter.

发帖数: 1202 | 6 Like others said, the bonus target will be multiplied by a multiplier. If it
is not in the letter, ask HR for details. The multiplier is determined by
the company, and is different each year.
You can ask the HR for your grade level as well.
The base, sign on, rsu should be negotiable afaik. If you have a competing
offer it will be easier.

能不能要到。是不是能商量的就只剩base了？
另外，如果湾区的公司多给1万，是去湾区好还是去intel凤凰城好呢？

total package to reach 120k. Not sure if it is possible.

以去帮我要signon，但是我们公司的同事建议我还是要加底薪比较好。我想问一下，底
薪要求加多少比较合适？谢谢
