标 题: 有人住过RIVERSTONE的房子吗？他们怎么这么无赖啊！

Riverstone residential group 是一家经营奢侈公寓的大公司。我原来住的apartment
不幸在2010年的时候被他们看中。我也不幸和他们扯上关系。
我在那里住了俩年，和老房东签的合同2011年9月30日到期。10月1日上午10点之前打扫
干净并退还了最后一把钥匙。
1.根据oregon法律我应该在31天内收到押金或押金使用说明。他们给我发的信是在11月
2号发出，我11月5日收到。我是不是可以要双倍的押金？
2.他们在他们地毯供应商的建议下更换了地毯，并让我负担80%的费用$500。我搬走的
时候拍了2张照片，客厅只是有点脏，卧室很干净。他们没有任何照片。
3.房屋粉刷$190。租房协议里写的租房低于18个月需要粉刷墙壁我需要付。但是我住了
24个月啊！他们没有证据证明墙脏了。而且墙真的不脏啊。
4.清洁费$105。我也不知道105刀是打扫多长时间。房东也不告诉我，清洁公司电话也
打不通。如果是2小时以内我也不需要付的啊。
和他们沟通，刚开始还给我答复，解释一下这些钱都是因为我搬走才花的。现在直接要
去找讨债公司。可能他看到租房合同上写了，我要付讨债公司的费用。郁闷死我了~~~
讨债公司是不是挺贵的啊？我现在是不是就应该去告他们？他们是一家大公司，我现在
还不确定告哪个？公司总部在得州，联系我要钱的office在西雅图，我还联系过oregon
的区域办事处？现在又觉得我应该告apartment？
求求大家帮我看看吧，我只能郁闷的在家哭了。。。 |

发帖数: 11261 | 2 go to small claim court. For carpet replacement, I don't know about oregon,
but in California, if you live in the apartment for more than 2 years, you
are not responsible for any cost that is related to carpet replacement.
Collect any evidence you have, and then email the evidence to the company,
let them know you are not going to pay for the money you are not responsible
of (I think you still need to pay the cleaning fee though) and ask you
money back. And let them know if you are not getting your money back by **,
you will go to the court. |

them provide evindence. The result is they will go to collection agency
after 2/20. And I need to pay the collecting fee. |

发帖数: 4234 | 4 Being sent to collection agency is not the end of the world.
I was once sent to collection agency for $1K penalty for breaking the lease
earlier, without even get a bill or notice from landlord first. I wrote
them a letter explaining in details why i had to move out earlier and called
the collection agent in about a week. She even praised me for the letter
and I never heard from collection agent, or the landlord again. Most
importantly, this didn't go on my credit record.

现在困扰我的就是告哪个啊？apartment在portland，在portlandmap查的说owner在加
州，房子是riverstone管理的。查Riverstone的注册信息在得州，它在portland还有办
事处，和我联系要钱的office又在西雅图。难道我把这些地方都告了吗？ |

发帖数: 222 | 8 地毯5年寿命，我住2年，凭什么收我80%的钱？
法规上写的押金和账单必须31天内送达。我说他们为什么没有31天内联系我，他说因为
我欠他们钱，所以他们就不用31天内联系我。
给我的账单和发票也不一样。
每次给我发信要钱都不一样，有时候高有时候低，告诉我我那是加的利息，我问他利息
是不是有时候正？有时候负啊？他就受不了了，说马上找讨债公司！真服了他们了！ |
