license要4个月才能批下来。但是我拿到OPT以后90天以内必须找到一份工作，所以
intel问我能不能先找份别的工作比如volunteer之类的先干着，等export license批下
来了再过去上班。我记得我原来好像在网上看到过有人是先工作着，然后再边工作边等
export license的，但是我现在找不到原文了。不知道这样行不行，或者大家有什么好
的建议呢？谢谢啦！ |

发帖数: 11 | 4 我没有老板，我是MS，但是这个不是主要问题哈。现在我担心的是他们一直不给我正式
的offer，说是要等到export license批下来以后再给。我就怕我傻傻的等了几个月，
他们又说不要我了，那我不是毁了。。但是我又听说好多人都是先给的正式offer再来
办export license的，我就觉得很可疑。不知道他们是不是在耍我。 |

intel能不能一边上班一边等export license啊，该怎么和manager说。不然这几个月实

就提醒我在正式工作前注意不要用完这90天的unemployment |

第一，不能先工作的，Intel必须要你拿到export license 才能工作的
第二 你的OPT 什么时候开始呢？ 90days unemployment 不能超出一天，否则你就必须
回国。你现在OPT用了多少天呢？我拿到license 大概一个月的样子 所以如果你还剩2
个月 我觉得是可以的。
第三 你可以等的，如果要到90天了 就只能找volunteer的工作。要不就要回国的。

opening，会不会把我的offer给withdraw了啊？ |
