friendlier. I was able to run away with verbal warnings couple of times,
which is totally unheard of in CA. |

to Chicago Police Department, I get a CPD donor window sticker for that
year. Police officers' relatives get them for free. When I got pull over
for traffic violation, I usually get a verbal warning when police officer
sees the sticker. But only works for minor violations. |

beer bottles in your car. :)
