用自己的cable modem，这样不用交他们每月$5的租modem费。打这个电话：877.895.

发帖数: 1691 | 18 拿到账单后，打电话过去，告诉他们你不能接受涨价之后的费用，他们会设法帮你降下
来的（延长promotion或新的promotion)。想省事的话，改成“家庭计划”，什么都是$
25/月，比$20/月的稍贵点，但不用每六个月打一次电话了。

好像忘了charge我月租。Comcast用的motorola modem相当稳定。

fine but outdated with DOCSIS 2.0 spec. Heard if you use DOCSIS 3.0 modem, Comcast required you to upgrade to gold tier plan. |
