以前一直都是verizon的忠实用户,觉得它家很好的,modem免费，速度也很快。突然要转
到comcast了，不知道他家产品如何呢？为什么modem还要收月租费？ |

service from third party agent, you usually get Comcast promotion deal +
free router and modem package from third party agent. They are base on
commission per account they found, so they are willing to give you something
in return to attract customers. |

用特殊的modem, 叫什么EPTA的，又是phone又是modem的装置。
光装cable+internet要$100/month， 如果再加phone, 要$129/month.但是作为pge的新
用户有$30 off的promotion,然后就是$99/month， modem $5/month.
请问大家都装什么plan呢？

不过installation fee 和 activation fee 基本上就把rebate的钱用光了:(
好奇怪的是，对方说installation完了以后，要给来人写张check,pay installation
fee, activation fee和第一个月的使用费。 不从信用卡上划？
都是这样的么？

摩托罗拉的，61美元。来安装的人安装时和公司那边人通过电话，似乎是要了一个code
什么的，解开衔接comcast自己的东西就行，我也不懂，大概这样。
我以前也是租他们的，现在发现我买的这个似乎和他们的一个模样。

安装完后，技术员当场只要了支票上帐号的信息，几天后才扣钱。
没要支票本身，也不用信用卡。

现在的光网络和电视的promotion是前六个月69.99,后面就涨价了。所以就考虑triple
play了。
