发帖数: 436 | 6 sure it happened to myself... once I took a flight from Shanghai to Hefei.
The flight was delayed for about 4hours. Several passengers got very angry
and demanded for 200RMB compensation - which caused more delays...Finally
everyone got 100RMB.

发帖数: 77 | 7 我今年夏天有在南京转机，整个机场都延误了好几个小时，候机大厅就跟春运似的，不
过没什么人闹。
我觉得航空公司自己的原因延误了就应该给乘客补偿，特别是美国有的机场＋航线就几
乎没准时过。
