发帖数: 300 | 2 don't believe in zillow. it is highly inaccurate. ask your agent to pull out
selling record in the same region in the last few months, then you could
get a better idea about the market value of the house. sometime, it depends
on how long the house has been on market and how desperate the seller is. if
you don't like the counter offer, you can walk way and wait for few weeks
and then give an offer again. |
