最近秋季入学找房子的DDMM好多啊。
DORM的RENTAL狂涨价，而且很多POLICY也变了，估计FRESHMAN会被强烈推荐住校的。

Yep, freshman only allow to apply First Year Experience program (Broadway
and Ondine) and Global Villiage(for international students). They all
include furniture and internet etc, so it's quite expensive and requires a
year contract.
If someone can share the cost that would be great.
