Success in 2008 Ahead of Schedule

ATHENS, Aug. 18 -- The Beijing Olympics are four years away, but construction
of the venues is so far ahead of schedule that the International Olympic
Committee has asked Chinese organizers to slow down in order to better manage
their cash flow.
