the price of one bed room apt should be about 320$/per month + all the bill(
gas+ utility+cable+phone+internat more than 100$)
not highly recommend if you are a student and don't have too much money.

I checked map and it's only several blocks from OSU, I have a car, so it
should be OK for me.
BTW, do you have any idea about how the apt. looks like, I want sth new and
clean, is that possible?

change the stuff.
Just remind u, parking is not free in campus. U need to get a permit.
