谢谢你的来信询问。我也看到你询问roommate的信件了，我想是这样的，寻找新roommate
一般有两个热门时期。一个是5月初，很多人毕业，另外一个是八月初，很多人入学。而
现在的确是很少有人寻找roommate。至于学校的房子，学校统一申请和安排，我们是无权
进行调配的。我给你的建议是这样的，申请学校的apartment，入住之后再找roommate，
一般是很少出现入住后找不到roommate的情况。或者继续发信给email list询问中国学生
，看有没有人找roommate。还有就是等到了这里之后再找校外的apartment，应该不是大
问题。放心吧，这里找房子住并不难，不用太着急。有什么问题的话，给我发信，我会尽
量帮你解答。

As to the housing. There are generally two ways to rent a house. One is
University Apartment
. The other is living off-campus. University Apartment is currently
$484.00/month, but it
will increase to $507.00. One suite has two bedrooms and one living room,
with kitchen and
restroom. You can share with the other guy. So the monthly fee is half. But
in summer, if
you want to have air-conditioning, you have to pay additional
$70/month(again, $35/person).
