Hotel Food and Beverage Manager Assistant
Fort Rapids Indoor Water park Hotel & Conference Center, the second largest
hotel in Columbus, is hiring Hotel assistants.
Responsibilities:
•Assist the manager to oversee and ensure proper operation of Chinese
restaurant, American style bar and cafe.
• Work closely with other departments regarding food and beverage
related services, such as banquet events, birthday activities, parties and
other sales activities.
• Manage food and beverage stocking and ordering.
• Complete job responsibilities and duties as assigned in a timely and
effective manner.
Requirements:
• Related operating/managing experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (mandarin) preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Uphold the hotel standards and culture.
