An opening for a Graduate Research Assistant position (PhD program) in
clinical informatics is available at the School of Biomedical Informatics,
University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. The successful
candidate will work (20 hours/week with GRA benefits) with Dr. Gong in the
areas of patient safety information system, clinical decision support,and
human-computer interaction. The applicant should have a good understanding
of healthcare or related areas. A strong background on computer programming
and human-computer interaction is required.
