Risk for urge urinary incontinence
哪个是priority？
因为一直要monitor CBI的颜色，我觉得Risk for bleeding是priority？这样理解对吗

not like " Risk for...." as a priority nursing diagnosis. ( can be
sencondary nursing diagnosis) Because these kinds of diagnosis did not
really happen on the patients. |

我们老师是不喜欢acute pain，constipation，skin integity，说住院的病人，几乎
每人都有这些问题，呵呵
