your studies up to that point will be intense clinical work.
A MSN will be more theory based and will allow you to join jobs such as an
educator or an administration role.
It looks like you have to be clinically strong to teach MN students. |

发帖数: 673 | 4 I am so proud of you! Few Chinese nurses can reach that level.
This afternoon I was just told a story about one Chinese nursing PhD, who
has been a nursing postdoc for more than 10 years but cannot get other jobs.
There are many factors that contribute to such a situation. Personally I
think the communication is major obstacle in becoming a nursing professor here.
I sincerely wish you good luck and become the role model for our Chinese nurses. |
