都是要有经验的护士，可是谁不是从新毕业生过来的呢
可是一说到我是新毕业生，HR立刻没兴趣。
我在pa。也愿意relocate。
班上的前辈们有么有医院要人什么的 告诉我一下相关信息吧，或者帮我推荐一下吧

不过还没试过 自己是想等毕业前半年开始打听
还有1年半才拿本科opt

你先找着，relocate也是麻烦事情，
实在找不到，
我知道纽约有家菲律宾中介，
但是他们介绍的都是去nursing home
工资按lpn的pay，也就26一个小时之类的
你要是不嫌弃，回头我帮你去问同学要个电话 |

I have applied at orlando health. They are only hiring BSN. I feel like I
made a mistake by giving up a decent job to goto nursing school.

I have a friend that recenctly was hired at King's County Hospital. She was
a BSN degreed new graduate RN. This was recent, about two weeks ago I
believe. She interviewed and two days later received a call that she got the
job, slated to start Aug 3.

Hi there,
I'm a US-trained RN and here with F1 visa. Now I'm Nurse Practitioner
student and looking for a sponsprship in SF bay area (Since I can't move
anywhere at the moment due to school)
I have 1+ year experience, a year as OPT and current working as a paid
internship RN requried by school curriculum and permitted by intl student
dept. as CPT.
Since relocation at this time is quite impossible for me but I have my
option open after graduate.

是我说的，是在做义工时，和护士闲聊，护士说的，所以不知sophiamm找工是为经验还
是money，如果纯为money，还可以去试试home care，话说有些好的homecare 公司象
bayada都要求最少1年经验了，mm如果一定要经验想进hopital，只有多寄resume，甚至
从cna做起，如今很多人这样“曲线救国”。，对了，mm有没有试过dialysis company
，她们要人的，前阵有mm这样找到工作的 |

发帖数: 649 | 13 据偶知道，现如今国内的经验好像都不算是经验了吧，以前有老美的nursing home就回
绝我，理由是咱要有美国经验的！现在更离谱，连home care都可以很拽的回我，对不
起除了美国以外的经验不算！那些医院的所谓opening全都是对内优先的，看看一片大
好前景，其实问问院内职工就知道：现阶段医院几乎不招外部职工！自个院里的职工更
可能被裁，哪管得上外面的？最近听到又一家hospital in nj倒闭了。 |

发帖数: 1765 | 14 连志愿者的工作都要个高中生竞争，只有那种有年龄限制的还比较有希望，什么21岁以上的，至少坐满1年的。
看好一家可能接受新毕业生的还在挣扎中，做满一年真是好久啊，还好尽量争取externship先给经理留点好印象。找
个opt工作也不容易也是要整整提前一年做准备。 |
