hard to please pt and pt's family sometimes. Does cultural conflict make
these thing worse? Or language and accent do? OR some our behaviors we don't
think bad but American thinks. It is kind of hard to get used to American
speaking style, like Honey, sweety, etc.
I do want to listen to you guys, nurses' opinions and strategies you used in
your work.
