不喜欢它的什么?on call多不多.这个工作上手难不难?劳动强度大吗?

发帖数: 57 | 2 我只知道cardiocath的情况，一般都是ICU 或CCU护士出身，就是协助医生做造影。不
好就是要吃很多射线，虽然都穿铅衣。好处就是做完就完事，没有BEDSIDE的那些罗嗦
事。我们那不CALL你就没事，挺闲的，但是病人一多就比较累。 | f******u

have some colleagues who was pregnant and working in cath lab. there is no
problem with their childrens

发帖数: 308 | 6 it's depends on how big is your department and how many staffs do you have
there.
I take 8 days call per month including one friday, one saturday, one sunday.
what i like most: office hours, don't have to take care patient 12 hours, no
bedside nursing.less work load compare to floor nurse. you are free when
there is no case to do. you work as a team, there is always someone there
for you, not like floor nurse.
what i don't like: you have to wear 10lbs lead when you are doing the case.
