If passed there, go to full House.
If passed again, it will be sent to Senate and it must go through sub-
committee, full committee, full Senate.
The last step is that Bush sign it.
Current 110th US congress only have about one month and they need to discuss
the defense bill, that is, the time frame is very limited.

I think when the bill is passed through Senate, Bush is already out of duty. |

I think it is very hard for HR. 5924 to go through before current congress
dismiss since only about 4 weeks left. Anyway, 7:2 in immi-subcommittee and total 19 co-sponsors are still good signs and
the sponsor may re-introduce it in the new congress. |
