“You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within
60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing
or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been
completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when
this case will be done.”
这个FINGERPRINT一般什么时候会发呢？我在刚递交完的时候做过一次（2006年11月）
，是不是大家都要做第二次呢？是不是不做就不能批准呢？

发帖数: 40 | 2 FINGERPRINT 的有效期是15个月,你现在没必要做第二次.
"unless fingerprint processing"还有一层意思是有关背景调查,OR NAME CHECK.

有关背景调查,OR NAME CHECK.非常头痛，本人就是如此，万事具备，唯独namecheck
已经depending 1年多了，那帮uscis的笨蛋回答不了任何问题，do nothing！anyway，

差点忘了，我也有问题，象这种背景调查有problem的case，lawyer帮的上忙吗（as I
know，background check is FBI）？有哪位知道的，指点一下，有朋友介绍，but I

如果我的CASE卡在NAME CHECK,我就要试试。
