Can I apply to NIW or EB?
My condition is as follow:
5 the first author Journals
2 the first author Journals in china
BS in Nursing in china
one recommendation from US university professor. | G*******n
发帖数: 2041 | 2 If you work as a RN, I don't think you can apply NIW. You just apply as EB3
schedule A, and you don't need labor certificate. You can file 140/485 right
away concurrently, why bother to consider NIW or other normal EB types

Because I have not found employer yet who is willing to sponsor GC.
So, I think to go two way by myself. One is to apply for NIW, the other is
to study MSN program and then look for nursing faculty job. |
