一周以前收到CBR的邮件，说从今年开始长成150。
代理说，虽然我当时是说18年每年125，但是你的合同里没有说lock the rate. 我没有
办法。
我找到当年的合同，在小字上面一行写的是 Annual storage fee $125 annual fee

打电话过去，那边就开始踢皮球。manager解决的办法是你再签18年的合同 年费150，
我们加上lock the rate. Pricing的人说，你可以refer别人，拿refer费用。
当年的代理说，"一个选择是18年每年125." 没有说会涨价.也从没有提会涨价.
当年都是电话，没有 e-mail 记录.

Here is the reply from CBR:
The annual storage increase is not being implemented in order to solely pay
for the programs that were listed on notification, but they are part of the
reasoning. The annual storage increase is a necessity for our business to
continue to offer programs like these but it is being implemented in order
to help you and other families continue to have quality stem cells stored
for the future. We designed our contract to allow for the potential for a
price increase because as material costs increase over time we must ensure
that our company is keeping our quality standards at the highest level, as
has always been our commitment. We cannot guarantee that prices will not
increase again in the future as we cannot be certain of the costs of
materials in the long term but we will make every effort to keep these costs
low for you and your family.
