加州的规定如下
Any child who is under the age of eight years and who is less than 4 feet 9
inches tall, must be secured in a federally-approved child passenger
restraint system and ride in the back seat of a vehicle.
看样子觉得可以，不确定啊。 |

的便宜的convertable也就几十块，3岁孩子个子高的用booster seat也差不多了，
walmart十几刀一个。 |
