请问大家有在PAMF生的吗？
我看医院有Childbirth Preparation的课
内容是：Classes are taught by a childbirth educator and include instruction
in relaxation, breathing techniques, signs and stages of labor, epidurals
and C-sections. Classes include a tour of El Camino Hospital's labor and
deliver unit.
费用：100刀
请问有经验的MM 这个有必要上吗？
