number） 刚看了irs的网站，上面说办理ITIN 需要三个东西
1.Form W-7
2.Your original, valid tax return(s) for which the ITIN is needed。
3.The original documents, or certified or notarized copies of documents,
that support the information provided on the Form W-7.
对于第一和第三都没有问题，对于第二个就不清楚了，不是外婆现在还没有tax return
不是？有没有办理过的妈妈们来普及一下呀。 | n***p

certified copies of these documents from the issuing agency. During this
interim period, ITINs will not be issued based on applications supported by
notarized copies of documents. In addition, ITINs will not be issued based
