1. Are you open to get new patient? We are using XXX insurance.
2. Will you come to hospital where I will be delivering my baby to check
him/her after I finish delivering?
3. What are your office hours? Night, weekend, vacation?
4. What happened if my baby has emergency outside of office hours?
5. When should I bring my baby to visit you as routine check and what is
the schedule and how should I be notified?
6. How do you feel about bottle-feeding vs. breast feeding, if I have any
problem about breast feeding, could you help me? Do you have a lactation
specialist in this clinic? If not, could you recommend one?
7. What about Neonatal Jaundice (黄疸)? And when the vaccinations will be
done for the newborn?
8. If I have some issue about baby, could I call you, and will I be
charged?
9. If my baby needs to be hospitalized, which hospital he should be sent
to? I mean which is the hospital you are associated with.
10. How soon you could see my baby if I make a new appointment?
11. Are you working independently or you are in a group, if my baby could
not see you, could he be treated by other pediatrician in this clinic?
