标 题: 医生是不是抗生素剂量开太大了？

娃中耳炎发烧，医生说发现的比较早，不很严重，但是阿莫西林开的是400mg/5ml
suspension，要一天两次，每次7ml，折算下来一次就是560mg，一天就1120mg，是不是
用药太重了？
连药店的药剂师都问是不是病的很严重，我在网上查，感觉也是挺大的量，大家有什么
建议？谢谢！ |

发帖数: 411 | 3 娃12.5kg，网上一般50mg/kg/day，算下来一天才625mg，我们这都快两倍了。
药剂师没别的意思，就是觉得量挺大，可能娃病的比较厉害，就慰问一下。还要感谢他
，他不问，我们也不知道。到另一家药店也问了问，也说属于higher end。
上来想听听大家意见，主要也是对现在诊所的医生们不是很信任，一个多月前，娃也是
中耳炎，是生下来这一年多第一次发烧，第一次吃药，医生上来开个cefdinir，后来才
知道这药也够厉害的，好像他们都爱开猛药，可是我不太敢给娃这么吃。

this year. The dose she took was from 3mL - 4mL twice daily for 400mg/5mL
concentration. Earlier it was 3mL, then 3.5mL, and the most recent one is
4mL. she is about 32LB now.Her ear infection went away immediately each time
after she took the drug. |
