Usually, lap child is 10% of the ticket price that adult paid, (infant
must
be part of the adult's itinerary).
With seat is full price, you also pay full price if older than 2 years
old.
If travel during peak, you may not have empty seat besides you if you
don't buy a seat, that will make it VERY hard.
We were lucky to have 4 seats for 2 adult, 1 infant, at Eco plus sections
