发帖数: 4927 | 2 if you bought a seat for your baby then you can bring carseat on board.
or you can check with the agent at the gate to see if there's any empty seat
in this flight so you could switch seat to
that row.
if not, you'll have to gate check in your carseat and hold baby on your lap
during the flight (you can request to seat on
the front row wherever more leg room).
you can gate check in the base.
you don't need to buy a ticket for a baby under 2 years old if travelling
domestically. but if you want a guaranteed seat,
you will have to.
you don't need any documentation for your baby to get on board.
these answers are all based on the research I did and the experience I had
when I travelled with my 2-month old baby
from MA to TX via continental airlines. hope they can help.
