题，因为觉得是必需的。但是carseat也可以托运么？是不是又要算一个checkin？
还有一个问题是carseat在所有的州都是mandatory的吗？我们准备去加州。如果是mand
atory，Taxi公司(not car rental company)是否有带carseat的车子？（so that我们就
不用带carseat了？）
