离曼哈顿和法拉盛又远了十几分钟。 华人少很多。 没法巴士去法拉盛是很大劣势，
特别是如果你有不开车的父母和nanny。
走路到火车的少很多。房子稍微便宜一点但inventory也少。学区差了半个档次。
推荐大脖子great neck。 纽约一流好区里华人人口最多的地区。 |

多的。

If not, then find a townhouse or condo/co-op along the LIRR line. There is
a bus, N23, that runs along Port Washington Blvd if you can handle 20-30
minutes wait time.
