Many old houses and low income neighborhood. A lot of trains during peak
time at that LIRR station, but not easy to find good houses near it.
I think the schools are around 7 & 8.

Also, Hicksville is mainly middle class white.
Lynbrook is too south for me. You should double check to make sure it is
not in a flood zone.
