we are looking for a property in LI. if the house's price is 400K. do i need
pay anything additional for real estate agency who show me the house? how
much additional cost usually are?

If you use the agent for negotiation then you should make sure to include
them as your buyer agent in the contract so they get a cut of commission.
So agency like Redfin will even rebate a portion of their commission to you.

you.
so if an agent show me a house and we really like it. the house is 400K
then i need sign him as my buyer agent to negotiate the house.do i need pay
him anything at time signed?
then he make a deal for 395K for the house. do i need pay anything?
what if i do not like the deal. do i losing anything/

发帖数: 2564 | 4 Normally, no. Note: - not include the deposit to the escrow when you sign
the contract, which should be handle by your lawyer anyway not the agent.
I would question it if the agent ask for money.
Unless the contract is signed by you and make your deposit, you can walk
away from the deal. Of course, you may need to pay for the inspection and
lawyer fees, but not to the agent.
