当时15年3.25% 每月还贷2480
现在发现15才2.375%, 每月还贷2150.
这样每个月会便宜300的样子. 但是这个州要做cema + 手续费上次大约花3500多.
因为不想提前太多pay off. 觉得有必要做吗?
