in a bank
Back office (OPs,IT,Finance, Legal,HR...etc). You are a cost center.
FO role-revenue center
(Semi,Target,non target-extremely bright) Intern--> Full Time Analyst (2
year program,most people got washed out)-->Few 3rd year analysts become
Associates (MBA candidate got directly hired as an associate)-->2nd year
associate, AVP--> VP--> Director-->Managing Director-->Partner at GS. |

之后还有senior，再是avp。应该是这么排的。

specialist是functional role,不是级别
跟Recruiter 电话求教了一下
