Pros: Stable Job, Better city for family, developing city.
Cons: Career Path might be changed completely.
Current Job:
NYC - Top Private Company, 8.5W Bridge Engineer,
Pros: more exciting projects, higher salary,
Cons: hard to move up on the career path, not so stable, NYC is not very

nyc这种地方游玩一下可以，根本不适合安家。
又脏又破。。。辛苦读了这么多书来米国了， 还要过这种人挤人等公交车车开不动的

It depends on what kind of life style do you or your family want. If you are
a social person and wants to live some sort of chinese life, i think it is
better to stay in NYC. There are far more chinese here in NYC.
Weatherwise, NYC should be better. I've never been to Austin, but been to
Huston several times. Summer time is too hot.
I also think NYC offers more oppertunities than TX although TX is high on
the list as well.
Austin has much lower cost of living and Texas in general has a very laid
back lifestyle.
I had an oppertunity to choose a position in houston vs. NYC and I am very
happy that I came to NYC. (I got more cost of living adjustments - to be
