u r paying that tax one way or another. in the city, u pay the city tax, in
NJ, u r paying through the commute money

thought it's a little below 4%. Actually u cant save all the city tax by
living at jersey as u r still paying NY state tax and not all can be
redeemed as NJ tax. I think net in net u save about 2% of ur income by
living in Jersey.
