But SERIOUSLY, one child policy is a joke! i never heard of people nowadays
wanting a second child, but not able to because of this one child policy! I
know people who wants to have a second kid, and i never heard of them say:
oops, i can't have another one because of this one child policy...
i mean, when the one child policy started in the early 80s, yeah, it was
more strict back then.. I know people have to give up their second kid to
their relatives to raise. But nowadays, who cares!! gazillion people are
having more than one kids...
and honestly, how can u not support one child policy??! THERE ARE TOO MANY

to impose additional tax to people who have additional kids
for example, if u have a second child, u will be taxed at 75%. 3rd child, u
will be taxed at 100%.
also, it seems to me that chinese people are not keen on adoption. they
always afraid that adopted kids won't love them as much... i say that's
bullshit. the government need to promote the idea of adoption

没钱的多生成本很低的，人家根本不考虑择校这事情，还指着小孩早点打工孝敬
