choose to do so, and sometimes they even win. Many times the signee will
claim that there was not enough information to forsee the type of incident
that happened to them so they will sue under the idea that there was no
valid contract since there was no meeting of the minds. The more general the
liablility waiver is the less likely it will hold up. " |

. If you really want, you can have a more formalized form like this signed.

But nothing stop someone from suing you. Doesn't matter the result, you

carefully, it's rarely someone can win suing the organizer unless they can
prove criminally negligence. It's just too much hassle and too costly to
defend yourself, that is if any lawyers are stupid enough to take the case
to begin with.
It's always a good idea to have something in writing. |
