parents.
Because the current state I live now does not have a good medical benefit
for parents. However, the place i state is closer to state New York and I
heard the parents can get the medical benefit right away. I just wonder I
can apply for the green card for parents in different state where I live?
I really appreciate anyone who has experience can share with me. | L******k

发帖数: 911 | 3 TO qualify for NYS medicaid, you need to prove your NYS residency. A letter,
a bill, or a NYS license is generally good to establish the residency
requirement. Where you apply for green card has no effect on whether you can
get the medicaid benefit. You need a permanent NYS address where you get be
contacted through mail service. Some Chinese seniors, though living in
other states now, do have their friends' address and come back to NY for
medical care when they are ill. |
