欣）並無合法移民身分，「美中移民中心婚介中心」也沒有合法註冊，目前聯邦調查局
正在接手調查該中心辦理的數起結婚移民案的婚姻真實性。但警方呼籲民眾無論遇到任
何糾紛，也不該以暴力解決問題，必須尋求正當途徑解決問題。
警方指出，雖然張政母親在認屍時表示無法完全確認死者為自己的兒子，警方已經從蛛
絲馬跡確定其身分確實為張政。警方表示，張政的母親在法拉盛轄區109分局看到死者
的頭像照片時，「精神一下子黯淡了，彷彿整個人被掏空了」。警方將從死者口袋裡拿
出的手機交給張母時，張母先表示的確是張政所用的手機，隨後又改口說不太確定。警
方表示，已經查到此手機號碼來自某教會，在取得聯繫之後，教會表示，確實將手機送
給張政使用，原因是他初到美國，經濟拮据。
警方還說，張政使用的凶器為一把普通的小刀，但是無法確定是因為預謀殺人而攜帶，
或是原本就隨身攜帶。張政是使用打火機放火，點燃辦公室內文件，打火機已被警方找
到。法醫表示，張政手腕上有很深的刀痕，可以斷定是他自己造成。凶案現場發生大火
，法醫說張政喉嚨裡有煙。
警方表示，另一位死者胡常忻，雖在美已經居留九年，但沒有合法身分，其「美中移民
中心婚介中心」也沒有合法註冊，警方消息顯示，胡常忻收取約5萬元美金為人「牽紅
線」，專介紹無身分移民與美國公民結婚，以辦取綠卡。目前聯邦調查員正在接手調查
。之前認屍失誤的宮先生的前妻，警方也懷疑有蹊蹺之處，正在調查中。
警方強調，無論胡常忻做過什麼事情，都不能用「刀」來解決問題，殺人是沒有任何藉
口的罪行。若遇到糾紛，可找律師，也可報警，必須採用正當途徑來解決問題。警方說
，華裔移民由於文化差異，往往不太願意向警方求助，常以「動手擺平」的方式來解決

every year and leave their husbands/wives and kids behind in China. and they
stay in US illegally for a long period (usually around 10 years) to become
legal, then apply for their family to come here.
sometimes people don't have a choice and once they come here there is no
turning back. the only thing they can do is to stay here, make money and
send money back to China, hoping one day they will reunion with their
family.
you think if they have a choice they'd want to leave their family behind? no
one would want to do that if they have a better choice.
