I have received over 100 resumes in 24 hours. I really understand that it is
such a tough time for fresh graduate students to find entry level financial
jobs in Wall Street. All the resumes will be carefully reviewed and we will
post more job openings down the road.
Regarding this position, here I provide some additional information, which
will not only help you to prepare this position but also other realistic
entry level positions.
1. It is for Equity Risk Department in one of the biggest investment bank in
New York. I can not provide the detail client name due to the polices.
2. This is entry level job, targeting fresh graduated student. We prefer
background like financial master, MBA focused on finance, master on
statistics, master on CS, or other master majors with financial knowledge
like CFA, FRM.
3. This is contract to hire position. You might start on your OPT, then the
vendor consultant company will sponsor you H1-B. Finally the client will
convert you as full time if you really do well. The initial salary is around
entry level.
There is only 1 opening so far. I would say sorry to other candidates. But
never give up. Study hard and prepare well. Tomorrow never die. |
