Need an IIS hosted WCF app with BLL/DAL using OOP/DDD/TDD, plus VS2010 and
TFS. Something like that.
I need to have the entire project environment with all the necessary
framework and plumbing ready, and leave everyone else just to plug in
business related pieces in their own sub folders. If not, the group will
almost guarantee to push for VB style spaghetti code -- Last time someone
tried to prove their point by printing the code on paper and showed how much
shorter they are compare to the "other" way :-(
