A: Share a studio ( in upper east side Manhattan, rent $700 + utility) with somebody
else
Advantage I can think of:
very close to my working place and also a safer place to live,
(I am used to live in a small and safe city, NY is a little scary. I need
work late hours)
Disadvantage:
less Privacy
B: Find a two bedroom to share with somebody(with similar rent), I do not know how far it will be
and how little the chance is to find one. I am not |

4000 in the city/$2500 outside city (Brooklyn, Long island city, NJ).
If you want to live in any decent place regardless the location, $1400 for
two bedroom is not that possible. My friends live in east Harlem (highest
crime rate in east coast) even spent $2000 for two bedroom.
Maybe you can try flushing. Not sure about the rent there.

你找的都是市场价，都是有钱人不不用花心思租房的人
