居住在哪个城市方便些啊？现在大概看了ossining，yorktown heights，white plains
，还是一头雾水，好像各有利弊。
还有每个城市大概apartments的价位是多少啊？有没有什么性价比高的推荐？

if you don't need to take train to the city, then make sure you do not get
charged premiums for easier train access.
a lot of those rentals are expensive because it is convenient to the train.
so, this would be a starting point to avoid.
