the IBs have a huge HR network, so if they want you, they can always find a
company to push you in.
in short, find a company to cover you is not your problem, never.

as I understood, this is average for my backgroud.
the bank actually pay about 35% more to my company.
and this is just average pay for contractors for above average IT positions in IBank.
